We try and eat an all natural preservative free diet with a decreasing dependence on meat for our protein source. My daughter is lactose intolerant and we are always looking for lactose free recipes. We enjoy using our Vita-Mix blender for smoothies and look forward to making much more wonderful meals when our new garden blooms this summer!
I have joined a local gym and look forward to moving more. My overall goal is to lose 100 pounds from my highest weight of 275 pounds in 2008.
